TRAINING
Training
Courses delivered by people who run the bench, at your site or at the laboratory, in English or Arabic.
ORIENTATION
Taught from the bench
These are working courses, built around real records and real audit findings rather than slides of clause numbers. The people delivering them spend the rest of the week doing the thing being taught.
What the courses are
Short, practical sessions on the standards and methods a laboratory customer has to live with: what ISO/IEC 17025 actually asks for, how to run an internal audit that finds something, and what measurement uncertainty means at a specification limit. Most of each day is spent looking at what good and bad evidence looks like.
Who they serve
Analysts and technicians who work inside a quality system daily, the quality staff who maintain it, and the managers accountable for it — including organisations preparing for accreditation for the first time, where the usual failure is not competence but not knowing what evidence an assessor will ask to see.
How they relate to the disciplines
The subjects come straight out of the laboratory’s own work. The same standard that governs our testing and calibration scope is the one taught in the awareness course, the audit course audits systems like ours, and the uncertainty course explains the figures our own certificates carry. Delivery is at your site or at the laboratory, in English or Arabic.
TRAINING
Courses
Training delivered by people who run the bench, not by a training department reading from a deck. Courses are run at your site or at the laboratory, in English or Arabic.
ISO/IEC 17025 awareness
1 dayWhat the standard actually requires of a laboratory, in plain language, for teams who have to work to it rather than write it.
ISO/IEC 17025 awarenessInternal auditor
2 daysHow to plan, conduct, record and close an internal audit that finds something useful rather than confirming everything is fine.
Internal auditorMeasurement uncertainty
1 dayWhere uncertainty comes from, how it is estimated, and what it means for a conformity decision at the specification limit.
Measurement uncertaintyAdditional subjects are delivered on request, including sampling technique, method validation, food hygiene and HACCP. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we teach well.
Requests are read at the bench.
Send the sample question or the instrument list. It is read by a bench professional, not routed through a ticket queue. Confirmed phone, mailbox and address publish here at launch.
