PROOF / ACCREDITATION

Accreditation

The laboratory holds two accreditation certificates from the Saudi Accreditation Center, both to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — one for calibration, one for testing. They are reproduced below from the documents themselves, together with the scope annex that defines exactly what they cover, and what they do not.

ANNEX

The scope, line by line

Accreditation applies line by line, never to a laboratory as a whole. The ledger reproduces the scope annex of certificate N-C-00592 in full — each parameter with its accredited range and CMC, grouped by field exactly as the annex prints them — and the accompanying figure draws those ranges to scale.

BOUNDARY

What is not covered

A scope is defined as much by what it excludes as by what it contains. The statements below carry the same weight as the certificates above: work outside the scope is available, and it is said to be outside the scope before it is commissioned.

Not accredited

Dimensional calibration

Dimensional calibration is offered as non-accredited in-house work. It has no line in the scope annex, and no certificate from this discipline carries or implies an accreditation mark.

Not accredited

Electrical calibration

Electrical calibration is offered as non-accredited in-house work. It has no line in the scope annex, and no certificate from this discipline carries or implies an accreditation mark.

Where testing stops

Testing stops at food and agricultural microbiology

Certificate N-T-00607 covers food and agricultural microbiological testing, and nothing else. No other testing field is accredited, and no page on this site implies otherwise.

VERIFICATION

How to verify these credentials

This page is the laboratory’s account of its own accreditation. The authoritative record is the public register of the issuer, and checking it takes three steps.

  1. Take the certificate number

Calibration is held under N-C-00592 and testing under N-T-00607. A certificate number is a claim until it has been checked against the body that issued it.

  2. Consult the SAAC public register

The Saudi Accreditation Center maintains the public register of accredited laboratories in Saudi Arabia. An entry there under these numbers is the confirmation that matters — this website is not the source of record.

  3. Read the scope, not the badge

Confirm that the line covering the instrument or sample in question appears in the annex above. Accreditation applies to those lines, and to nothing beyond them.

CYCLE

Accreditation runs on a cycle

An accreditation certificate is not a permanent award. It is issued for a period, kept under surveillance within that period, and renewed before it lapses — which is why the validity dates above are printed as prominently as the numbers.

Requests are read at the bench.

Send the sample question or the instrument list. It is read by a bench professional, not routed through a ticket queue. Confirmed phone, mailbox and address publish here at launch.
